President Steve Menning called the meeting to order at 5:00p.m. All members attending got free pizza and pop. This was the new initiate informational meeting.

Treasurer’s Report

We have a balance of $561.20. However, we still need to pay for some EIT books.

Display Progress Report

There was no new information since our last meeting

Monument Refinishing

-A committee was assembled consisting of Erich (Committee President), Morgan (Committee Vice President), and Jesse.

District Meeting

-Jim Hill asked Steve how many will be attending the district meeting.

-The list of those going is comprised of:

-Tentative schedule:

Fri., April 2

1:00p.m. Leave from Brookings to check in at the Radisson hotel in Minneapolis.

6:00p.m. Welcome party at Christina Harrison’s house.

9:00p.m. U of M arranges activities.

Sat., April 3

8:30a.m. – 12:00p.m. Meetings. Each chapter president gives a report.

12:00p.m. Dinner at a restaurant paid for by Tau Beta Pi.

2:30p.m. Leave for Brookings.
