Awards

In 2006, Gretchen Hinders was named a Zada M. Cooper Award Winner.
In 2004, Teresa Seefeldt (2004 graduate) was awarded the Nellie Wakeman KE/AFPE Graduate Fellowship.
Chi Chapter was awarded $500 from the Women's Giving Circle, composed of SDSU Alumni, to help support and promote women's health. The Chi Chapter was chosen as recipient of this award from a pool of both student and outside organizations.
In 2003, Dr. Joye Ann Billow (Advisor) was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Kappa Epsilon Grand Council for her contributions and dedication to the profession of pharmacy and Chi Chapter.
Also in 2003, Teresa Seefeldt was named a Zada M. Cooper Award Winner.
At the 2003 National Convention, Chi Chapter was awarded the Chapter Achievement Award for 2002-2003!!
Again in 1995, Chi had TWO Zada M. Cooper Award Winners: Pam Maag and Nanette Goettsche.
In 1993, 1990 graduate Meri Kay Van Veldhuizen was awarded the Nellie Wakeman Graduate Fellowship from KE National.
Again in 1992, Chi had TWO Zada M. Cooper Award Winners: Vicki Rehder and Stacie Rohlfs.
In 1991, at the National Convention, Dr. Billow was awarded the Outstanding Advisor Award AND the Unicorn Award.
Other award winners at the convention were Melanie Hansen (the Linda T. Rogers Memorial Award) and Stacie Rolfs (the Scholastic Achievement Award).
In 1990, Michelle Ulmen was named a Zada M. Cooper Award Winner.
In 1988, Chi had TWO Zada M. Cooper Award Winners: Meri Kay Van Veldhuizen and Mary Grosdidier.
Also in 1987, Nancy Feuerstein (a KE member) placed second in the National ASP Counseling Competition.
In 1987, Sue Nyhaug was named a Zada M. Cooper Award Winner.
In 1970, Barb Fritz received the Zada M. Cooper Scholarship.
In 1962, Marlene Wallace received the Zada M. Cooper Scholarship.
