Mission

The South Dakota State University Native American Club is a student organization that works to serve the needs of Native American students at SDSU.  The club provides its members with a social outlet, acting as a source of friendship, and support for everyone involved.  The club is open to anyone interested in learning about and sharing the culture and heritage of Native Americans.

Goals

1. Provide a social support group for Native American students at SDSU
2. Inform the university community and the general public about issues facing Native peoples
3. Act as a liaison between the Native students of SDSU and the university and larger communities                      4. To maintain the identity and image of Native Americans by participating in campus and community activities and to provide services wherever and whenever it may be of mutual benefit to do so.
