Abstract Submission Guidelines

The abstract deadline is Monday, August 4^th 2008. Please submit your abstracts as soon as possible. If you plan to submit an abstract, please let us know by 25^th of July.

Abstracts must be submitted as a Microsoft Word Document attachment to Dr.Teresa Seefeldt (Teresa.Seefeldt@sdstate.edu)

Abstracts must be formatted according to the guidelines below and must contain all the contents as mentioned.

Abstract Content

The following sections are required and should be in this order:

Title

Authors: List author(s) name(s) and affiliations including institution, city, state, country, and zip code or postal code. Use 12 point non-bold type and center across the page. Underline the presenting author’s name. List email address of the presenting author.

Introduction and Purpose

Experimental Methods

Results and Discussion

Conclusions

Abstract Instructions :

Abstract should be prepared using Microsoft Word.

Text should be in Times New Roman font only.

The font should be 12-point.

The title should be in boldface capital letters centered across the top of the page using 12-point type.

The list of authors/affiliations should be typed in 12-point non-bold type and centered across the page. Underline the presenting author’s name.

Separate the title and the list of authors by one blank line. Separate the list of authors and the body of the abstract by one blank line.

The body of the abstract (not including the title and the list of authors) should not exceed 250 words.
